Starting to play sports at a young age has allowed me to develop a passion for physical activity that has become an important part of my life. Over the years, I have practiced different disciplines, including football, tennis, fitness, and I have also participated in the sports academy to improve my knowledge and experience.
Currently, I am mainly interested in tennis, football and fitness, but I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to discover and learn, such as surfing. I am convinced that physical activity has many benefits for mental and physical health and general well-being, which is why I dedicate constant time and effort to improving my physical condition.

I have been involved in many sports organizations. What was unforgettable for me was the marathon held in 2020. People came from many parts of the world and it was incredible for me to be in such an international environment and finish the marathon.

I would love to run with Usain Bolt. Even if it is not possible to keep up with his pace 😊 I would like to ask him what training method he used and what was his motivation to get to those levels.

As a sports teacher, I try to motivate my students through encouragement, positivity, and removing the disbelief that prevents them from reaching their full potential.
